Where the story begins like this----

"Come on! Come on! Yummy Huntail meat! Come in and have a try!!"

"We have Huntail Japanese noodles...

"Huntail Chinese noodles...
Dumplings! Fish&Chips! BBQed! Whole Huntail Feast!....

Jynx: Arrgh.. get off me, you silly fish...Awwwwwwww....

Huntail#1:Now! There goes your restaurant!

Arcanine: You don't get out of the fridge, I throw your fridege into the pool! Then you got eaten up by Huntails!

Jynx: Ha ha! I forgot to feed'em yesterday! Huntails! food!!

Jynx: Arcanine! You burnt the Huntails and you broke my fridge and Oven! Why don't you pay for it?
Arcanine:Arrrghhh...there goes all my money!

a Huntail: RRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIGGGGGGHHHHHT!! You can work without a roof does not mean you can work with water! Everyone! Pour water in!!!

Jynx: Awwww....I can't swim!

Aucy the Dragonite:Oh, don't stop cooking Huntails! They are yum! Why not I help you to rebuild the restaurant? Besides, I'll give you a copy machine so you don't need to catch'em in the wild!

What are the good and bad things about my art and etc?

I loved it.
The story was funny, the pictures were beautifully expressive and overcame the limitations of the medium exceptionally. The expressions are awesome...
Only thing I can find wrong with it (you asked 'what is bad' otherwise I wouldn't mention it) is one of the Arcanines and the horns of the Dragonite look a little weird. And a few of the small pics don't look as good having as thick a lines as the big close up pics.

Mmm that huntail looks pretty tasty, lol. but 18 dollars for huntail soup, it must be pretty good!
By the way, very nice art! The only bad things I can say about the art is what icer already mentioned, but its no biggie. Oh and icer, those aren't horns they're antennas. Dragonite is suppose to have one small horn on top of his head though. Many artists drawing Dragonite seem to leave out that small detail anyway:P.
