the grind never stops

I'm fit, but not so much athletic. Most of the sports I've played are just for recreation aside from the one time I played a team sport as a kid.
 
I don't do team sports but I regularly go to the gym, run and swim (mostly in the summer)

I've done a bit of kick boxing and a couple of classes of aikido and I really enjoyed them so I'd like to try different martial arts classes in the future
