I think you should set out your sign up sheet like this:

Lifeform (Marine Master Chief or Alien):

Favorite weapon (Not that this is neccessery): Shotgun

The FW is neccessery to an RPG. Also, you should put more choices of alien species (List underneath SU would help) and a list of weapons for people who don't really know what they are (Under the SU again)
