    Well I dont know what to do know
    I went to pyrite town and I battled cail twice and then Ducking stole silvia and the colloseum's power went out
    I got the jail key in the police officers house and I freed everyone
    But The 2 that were workig for mirorB they wont get out so what do I do know?

    You need to find the missing gear to put the windmill back on. You don?t need to free the prisoners. You can find that gear in the place where men are building a tower. Bring that back, and then enter the Colosseum.
