This episode. I don't actually remember it, it didn't have a blimp in it I guess, but it sounds to be one of those episodes that could've been well done in Kanto, the Orange Islands, Hoenn, or Sinnoh.

Actually, it's a Johto episode. It involved a Nurse Joy's fear of Water Pokemon, and Misty tries to get Joy to get over her fear of them.
