There is a lady in the game and she says she has lost something in the reception or somewhere else. I went to the reception and searched every where and search in the hotel room.
Does anybody know where to find this lost thing?

This lady is locked outside her house.

The item you are looking for is her suite key, go south untill you get to the Hotel, then go out of the hotel the way the lady is, use the itemfinder apt, and you should find it
