?Ah! I love the first day of spring!? I yelled as I pushed my hands through my soft blonde hair with red streaks at the bottom. My blue jeans and white shirt with faint yellow flowers on it were swaying from the slight breeze in the air.
?My headband!? I screamed as my yellow headband was pulled off me head by the wind and was flying to who-knows-where. As I chased it I could see it was not being pulled by the wind, but going to someone. I ran towards the tall young man with baby blue eyes that twinkled.
He had a white tee shirt on with a blue jersey over it. He had long dark blue pants on with light blue shoes that were clearly noticeable. I walked toward as my stomach started to churn and all the water in my mouth was evaporating. I touched his shoulder and as I did he turned.
?Is this your headband?? he asked in the sweetest voice.
?Yes, I?m Sarah who are you?? I asked as I started to gain some confidence.
?Nice name! I Jerry um? Tuskin.? He said as sweat started to run down his face.
I could tell he liked me from how he kept looking into my eyes. It was magic! I was so excited that I could just kiss him! He started to speak when a huge blue pokemon came from over the hill.
?Swam?pert! Swam!? The pokemon said telling me it was a Swampert. ( Duh, what other pokemon says Swampert) I walked over and started petting it.
?Wow! I?ve never seen my Swampert talk such a liking to someone as good as you. He doesn?t even let me touch it like that!? He said as he started to look at me in a weird way.
?I love pokemon, I even have my own! I have Marshtomb. Not as good as you but still okay.? I said as I thought of the other pokemon I could?ve said was mine.
?I was wondering?? He said as he scratched the back of his head. I started to wonder what he was going to say.
?You were wondering if I could? what?? I said as I was preparing for the worst.
?Could you join me on my journey?? He said as he smiled lightly and made my heart sing.
?Well, I don?t want to leave my friends. I guess I could, but? well my friends have gone on many journeys without me! I can do the same to them!? I said as I started biting my nails.
?Hey, I have an idea! Do your friends have boyfriends?? Jerry asked as he moved closer to me as if I had a huge zit on my face.
?No, but what does my friends having boyfriends have to do with going on the journey.? I asked as I felt I was getting the jest.
?I have these friends, named James and Travis. They are always looking for a good time and I never go anywhere without them.? Jerry said as I, not paying attention was daydreaming of our wedding.
?My friends are named Kima and Rain. Kima is a tall girl with purple eyes and black hair with red streaks. She always (well almost) wears a blue-green tank top and blue jeans and white gloves that went to her elbows. Rain has blonde hair with lighter blonde streaks in it. She always wore the top of her hair up. She had a white-yellow colored tank top on and jeans. She had no gloves, but a silver bracelet and necklace with a pokeball shaped diamond on it.? I said thinking of how much of that I heard.
?My friends are nice.? He said making me feel bad about everything I said. It?s not the saying it, but him saying so little and me saying so much.
?Okay, my friends are going to like them?are they cute? Well, are they as cute as you?? I said, as I became overconfident in myself.
?You know what, they are as cute as swampert.? Jerry said as he tried so hard to change the subject.
?Swamp!? Swampert yelled as he stared at my Marshtomb that was hiding behind a tree.
?Tailow go!? I yelled as I could tell I was going to need to impress him a whole lot before he?d trust me again. My Tailow swirled out of its pokeball and started dancing in the air.
?Tailow!? My Tailow said as he spotted the other pokemon. My Marshtomb started moving away from the tree revealing it?s huge muscles.
?Marsh?tomb!? He said as he started to flex his muscles.
?You are a tough trainer! I can?t wait to travel with you!? He said calling his Swampert into its black pokeball with a J inscribed on it.? Jerry said as he walked away toward two weird young men waiting for him.
?Tailow, go see what they are talking about.? I said as I pulled out the poke translator the Prof. gave me.
Tailow flew over hiding in the trees. As I waited I sat by the tree Marshtomb was hiding behind. I looked at Jerry wondering whom he was talking to.
I waited for many minutes when I saw that the were starting to walk away. My Tailow came back and I turned on my translator.
?He said that he hooked a poor pathetic girl, and was going out with you only so that you would take him to a lost temple. I think it was the? Poke Ball Temple of NO Return.? Tailow said as my eyes opened wide and steam came from out of my ears.
I ran over to Jerry and his friends. I said, ?Jerry, on this JOURNEY where are we going??
?Um..? Jerry said as his friend butted in and said, ?To see Brawly in Dewford.?
?Well, not to say that is boring, but that is stupid! I know somewhere else we can go, The Poke Ball Temple of NO Return!? I said as I pictured the look on their face after I said that.
?How, when, where?? Jerry said as he tried hard to find the right words to say.
?Dude, this is not adverbs! Any ways, I don?t think this will work out between us. I need to move faster.? I said as I gave him a tiny hint that I knew his plan.
He was nervous and looking around. He turned to one of his friends who were puckering their lips. I knew what he was hinting about. So, when Jerry came closer I pulled out my lipstick and put it on so he couldn?t touch my lips. He grew closer and ended up kissing my lip stick bottle.
