the most epic catches you've had?

Recent one. In Pokemon Glazed I was catching Mewtwo afer I had to battle my own pokemon clones. So I had only Garchomp and Crobat alive because they were both lvl 70 my highest level pokemon. I used all 50 ultra balls. I only had 3 pokeballs left. So I started speeding the game up thinking it would help and on my second regular pokeball attempt I did it!!
 
In Pokemon SoulSilver, I was at the Power Plant and ready to capture myself a Zapdos. Suddenly, I heard the shiny animation and saw that this Zapdos was darker than normal. I was so stoked when I saw that it was Shiny! I just couldn't believe it! Just for fun, I decided to try my luck with a regular Pokeball. It actually worked. XD

I get to mewtwo.
Beat the crap out of it.
Beats the crap out of my team.
Mewtwo and my last pokemon have about 1 HP
Throws a normal classic red and white pokeball
CAPTURE
