    I was just wondering the purpose of the mystery event on Emerald. Is that how you get the Rainbow pass etc?
     
    I believe so.:) You're talking about Mystery Gift, right?

    To unlock Mystery Gift Use these words: LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL. It should unlock it. I forgot where you have to go but you have to enter these words on some guy's sheet in the game to unlock it XD.:)
     
    Thanks guys, I got the code already :P but I was wondering how you work the mystery gift stuff :/
     
    since it's the GBA games you're talking off.... there's no use for it anymore. =/

    Yeah.:( In answer to your question, though, I think you would need to go to a Nintendo event and get the item downloaded onto your game through Mystery Gift, but they're not doing the GBA events anymore.
