    Is the name for Pikachu the same for every single country?
    Because it is in Korea, Europe, America, and Japan.

    Yes, it is.
    Besides, Nintendo has set another rule for the cartoon: All languages must use the original Japanese voice cast for Pikachu.

    I heared that Rachel Lillis did Pikachuu in the first episode, but since it's the dub, I don't know. x.x()
     
    Hmm? I'm confused. Pikachu's VA is the same one in Japan as everywhere else?

    That was Veronica Taylor, its only the first episode.

    They set the rule later.
