    I'd blame the Japanese writers for rushing through it, as it would take forever between that one and the Blaine two-parter. I think that's what you're asking, for I don't really know.

    no its nowhere near where he beats blaine! hes beating koga but its a rubbisher episode then the others but its before charmander evolves but after koffing and ekans evolve
