the often asked question of the mystery van

    i know that loads of people ask about this :nervous: (well they did last time i came on here which was ages ago) but i'd really like to know. what versions of pokemon does the van near the SS Anne appear in? i know you can't get Mew from it or anything like that, but apparently it does exist. i haven't been able to find it in my red or silver, but i haven't got that far yet in my leaf green. and can someone tell me how to get to it????

    I have heard about that "glitch" And I wish I new more about it... I think its just a rumor that someone took to far....

    I think it's only avalible in yellow and green, but I'm not shure... :\
     
    It does exist ,in fire red if you find the ship place in vermilion on Elitemap (a hacking program to edit the map) and scroll far right theirs a truck and some flower pots their. So if anyone trades a pokemon with cut from another game and comes back when they have surf it should be their. But I think its just like another object in the game with no special event e.g the mew thing.
     
    Mew, Deoxys, and Jirachi are ALL limited Edition Pokemon and there is thus far no legitimate non-cheating/hacking way to get any of them without winning/pre-ordering them.

    I'm sure that some day if Pokemon starts to lose its following, they'll throw them into a new game, but until then, no...
     
    Yeah , as I said its just an object theirs no Hex script on it (which nintendo uses to program events e.g mew.)
     
    I'm just trying to imagine if Nintendo made another remake of RBY and actually put Mew under the truck. That would be just hilarious XD
     
    lol in pokemon thunder yellow pikachu trips up and sees a trapped mew or something ^_^ nah wont happen XD
     
    I got told Mew was in a secret place that opens up behind Bill' place after you get all pokemon.

    I know it's not because there is no secret place, but I'm just saying there are lots of rumours, and the truck is one of them.

    It's just a normal place with a truck lol.
     
    You can get mew without cheating or hacking that pause in front of gambluar code works for y/r/b if u dont belive me fine but thats how i got my mew
    to find the code google it

    That's still considered cheating (at least I think most people would think of it that way), since it's a glitch, so it's unintended.
