Hello there, long time!
I have somewhat of a dilemna, as I am technically breaking the rules with this question but am at a total loss as to what I should do. You see, I did once own the DVD version of the special "Mewtwo Returns" which contained the brilliant special video known as "The Origin of Mewtwo" or "Mewtwo's Birth", one of my favourite pieces of the anime thus far.
Lately I have been slowly ripping my collection of Pokemon Discs to my computer due to my lack of a multi-region DVD player, so I can preserve them for future useage as the Discs are starting to wear. Unfortunately when I was younger, I did not treat "Mewtwo Returns" as it deserved and sadly it is utterly useless now and unable to be copied onto the computer. I would buy a new copy in order to copy the episode and special onto my hard-drive but people are selling them for over £30, which is utterly extortionate for a brand new blu-ray, let alone an old dvd.
I have managed to acquire "Mewtwo Returns" over the internet, but have been entirely unable to find a decent copy of the "Origin of Mewtwo". I found 1 Japanese version with Subtitles (I loathe subtitles) with good video quality, and sadly no english versions with good video quality and few with any decent audio. So, I have come here to request help in locating a decent copy of the "Origin of Mewtwo", or for some kindly soul to make a high quality rip for me.
I would be extremely grateful, and thank you in advance.
Oh, I should also mention that if I get a hold of a decent copy.. then I shall be incorporating it into "Pokemon - The First Movie" in order to create an Extended Edition of the film which may interest people.
