When I search for something and I get the results, all I see are the names of the threads. But no numbers below them, for the pages.

It's because when you look for a name or person, the name or person shows up SEVERAL times in the thread, so the search engine has to count for all of it seeing as it doesn't know the specific one you want.
But you bring up a good point...it would be nice to have page numbers there...DarkPegasus

maybe it's the "Search for posts" thing, in the advanced search, you can do that
