Alright so after looking through the Simple Questions thread (rofl, 48 pages from start to finish.. I'm tired), I have decided to post a great list:

This is all based on my own opinion, but feel free to add your own categories (be reasonable, don't do something like "most annoying when I have only these Pokémon in my party" that nobody really can laugh at or understand.

And now for...

The Pokémon Top 10 Nuisance Awards!

Number 10! The Pokémon You Just HAVE to Laugh At
Rattata (It is I, Rattata! I kyl u with my hyper fa... **OHKO with tackle** oh shi)

Number 9! The Pokémon That Is Too Weak For It's Own Good
Tentacool (OMG NOT ANOTHER ONE!)

Number 8! The Stupidest Random In-Game Trade Name Award
Farfetch'd (Dux? Seriously wtf.)

Number 7! The Most Irritating Thing To See When You Fish
Magikarp *splash splash splash tackle splash splash*

Number 6! Most Hilariously Awkward Looking Pokémon for Level 100
Pidgey *puffs chest* No I really am level 100!

Number 5! The Pokémon You Hate Encountering Most in the Wild
Raticate (HA! I have you trapped now! *escape fail* Hyperfang *escape fail* hyperfang *escape fail* hyperfang *cry*)

Number 4! The Most Frustrating Pokémon in the Wild
Hypno (Hypnosis! Confuse Ray! Psychic! OOOMMMMGGGG)

Number 3! The Most Annyoing Trainers to Encounter
Bug Catchers! (OMG GET RID OF THE BUGS! Powder this, powder that, POWDER YOU!)

Number 2! The Most Infuriating Pokémon to Encounter Randomly
Voltorb (1st move SELFDESTRUCT! GAAAHH!!)

Number 1! The Most ANNOYING Pokémon in the GAME
Zubat! (That cry is so annoying to hear more than once a day... plus just about anything OHKOs it. Now.. where was I going again?)

I say that Tentacool is the most annoying Pokemon in the game, as well as being weak.

What about a Pokemon that uses the irritating poison inducing moves? Or maybe Pikachu for being to popular or for having that irritating Static ability. <snarls>

It's not that I hate Pika, though. Its just the Static abilty I don't like.

I'll move this to the Other Pokémo9n Games forum, so you can list things from all Pokémon games other than FR/LG as well.

It's a nice idea, I can pretty much reconstruct the ranking. XD

Alright maybe we should open this for discussion. Let's quickly rename this thread "The Pokémon Nuisance Awards Nominations" and have a vote.

First on categories, let's decide on some, then after, on Pokémon.

Dunsparce.. rofl. I can't even find that patch of grass everybody talks about somewhere on the islands that apparently is teeming with them.
