2nd Gen the pokemon messingno (glitch pokemon)

who has actually seen the pokemon?
its usually seen in pokemon red. but i know i meant to say that in the pokemon red forums.
why did they even create it?!
i caught it once my game just shut down and restarted.

does anyone know why they created it or have you seen it yourselves?

I have seen it.
They dont create it.You can create it with the code.

I have seen it in many games, the people do not create it, it happens when the games code gets messed up.
