Long ago the world of Pokémon was not a world of happiness and fun peace. The world was a different place it was a world of war and the smell of death was always in the air.
The war was between the two super powers of the time Kanto and the Hoenn region (The Hoenn region was the world most technological advanced region. They had already had an advanced a space program.) the Kanto region had the all powerful Sinnho region. The Hoenn region had support from the Kalos region and both regions could not control their legendary Pokémon (The main series games) but they used the power of mega evolutions. The Unova region was still trying to modernize and after the civil war between the two bother's about their truths and their ideals so the Unova region decided to stay well clear of all conflicts.
This is the story of a young Pilot who became a Lt and was stuck in a constant state of conflict if his reasons for fighting were just or not.
The Start
The Johto region was always in the shadow of the Kanto region and they wanted their own Pokémon league and because of the extremely tense relations between the religions. So the Johto region ever since the Johto region got its independence from Kanto they have always tried to get control of the Indigo League but has failed every time.
This time the Johto region decided to launch another attack. The Kanto region responded as expected however what no one saw was the attack from the Hoenn region. Well almost no one the Kanto region's ally the Sinnho region and immediately informed the Kanto region and sent some of its own army to hold the Hoenn region at bay. This involvement of the Sinnho region caused the Hoenn region's ally the Kalos region to help the Hoenn region's attack this cause the Kanto region to institute a draft.
Surge
A young man (Age 18) who had a flair of electric type Pokémon. He had a Jolteon and a Voltorb his name was Surge. He was brought into the draft along with his Pokémon. He was a young aspiring pilot but was a trainer at heart. He was posted on the border of Kanto and Johto.
The Kanto-Johto war
Private Surge was on the border of the Kanto and Johto region .Every day for 12 long days the privates on the border where under a constant barrage of attacks from the Johto region. The main attack weapon for the Johto region was Donphan using rollout and destroying the kanto barracks. In retaliation the Kanto region sent an army of tauros and so every day there was a constant back and forth. The electric type electric type pokemon were used as a sorce of electricity to power the healing apparatus to heal both the pokemon and the people who took part in the war. Private Surge was a valiant soldier he lead many of his fellow privates and was always a natural leader. So because of this he was promoted to lieutenant by the end of the Kanto-Johto War. However the war had many casualy on both sides this really demoralized the armed forces of Kanto but since the Hoenn and Kalos regions were attacking and Sinnho region and a part of the Kanto army were defending the region of Kanto and Sinnho.
So Lieutenant Surge and his Sargent names Lester and a crew of 50 members of the Kanto army and 20 members of the Sinnho special forces boarded a ship on a secret mission to destroy the Kalos power plant .(The Mortar ship name) (the 50 member crew includes Surge and Lester)
Another ship with 50 members of the Sinnho army and 20 members of the Kanto special forces boarded another ship on a secret mission to destroy the Hoenn powerplant ( New Mauville) (Desford ship name)
The Power Plant
After 2 days at sea under the cover of night The Mortar reached the Azure Bay next to the quiet town of Courmaline.
The mission was simple. We need to destroy the Kalos power plant and stall Kalos to make a peace agreement.
So moving through Courmaline city they team soon reach the gate to the Luminous badlands (Route 13).
(No one left)
Sargent: Good lets go!
As the teams went through the power plant some got captured and some got killed.
When Lt Surge made it to the power room the only other people who made it were Sargent Lester and two members of the special forces team. Soon everyone got to work and as they were almost finished reinforcement came into the room.
The two members of the special forces stood up and said:
Soon the power generator was complete destroyed.
Sargent Lester and Lt Surge were soon near the outside the exit of the power plant but there was a problem. All the reinforcements were blocking the exit.
(Sargent Lester sent out Electrode. Electrode use explosion.)
Lt Surge ran outside and as he moved towards the ship and saw it was destroyed.As he tried to find a new way to escape he saw another member of another team who was not dead but just knocked out. So picking him up Lt Surge ran across the Lumious Wastelands and saw an old plane and then placed his friend into the plane and then tried to fire it up but the plane was out of fuel. As he looked around the plane he looked outside and saw that the Kalos army was coming. Looking around he saw an electric generator and then he got an idea and sent out his Jolteon and Voltorb and tried to get the plane running but he did not have enough power so he looked at the pokemon given by Sargent Lester and sent out the pokemon inside. The pokemon was a Pikachu and it used thunderbold on the generator and that was all the energy that the plane needed to start and soon the plane was ready to go.
Lt Surge was looking at the display and then used the luminous badlands as a runway and made it back to Kanto.
Few days later the war was called off because the loss of life and the fact that both Kalos and Hoenn had no power so they officially surrounded to the united forces of Kanto and Hoenn. So a peace meeting was held in Castelia City where Ghetsis and Alder were both running for the president
So after this Kanto soon fell back into place and because of the war the Kanto League needed a new gym so they choose Lt Surge as the gym leader and the soldier that Lt Surge saved became a trainer in his gym.
