    What's the one pokemon you have with the best ivs?
    I caught a Swablu in Emerald and when to the iv man and he said that she has wonderully outstanding ivs.

    A lovely Weavile I traded for.:) Also a Floatzel that I hatched a year or two ago, with IVs 2/30/31/30/31/30, and a Flareon with IVs 31/31/31/31/29/30. The latter two weren't RNG'd or anything, just got lucky.:P I tried to learn to RNG IVs, but I gave up and am currently SRing for my Jolly shiny flawless Buizel. So far, the closest I've gotten is 4/6 31s. Which isn't too bad.:)
