You have to clean up this deck list cause i dont even want to look at all that just to see what you are playing. Just do it like this.

    Example
    Pokemon:
    4-2-4 Beedrill PLF
    2 Tropius PLB

    Trainer:
    4 N
    4 Pokeball

    Energy:
    4 Grass

i know but i wanted you to know what cards i have and the moves since there are cards of the same pokemon in the same set and other sets and i wanted you to know which one and tell you the moves so you could tell how much damage i could to the other person pokemon.

I know what most of them are based on the set. As for of which pokemon, i could also probably guess, since there is usually a good one or bad one. You dont have to list Skarmory Exs attacks, or any ex for that matter. Unless its like Charizard and has more than one Ex.

Basic and stage 1 of a stage 2 pokemon are also generally not important. Only real difference is usually Hp or attacks that cause paralysis. Usually not important enough to post. You may think it is. but its really not. The overall strategy is based on the 2nd step.

It just looks like a jumbled mess.

Im still not going to look at it until you simplify it. Just look at all the other decks lists. Its just too much effort to have to read all that.

does anyone think its a great deck? it was my first time creating a type deck. i used to just make random decks with tons of types and i now know that those suck.

The cards in here don't seem to make a complete pokemon deck. At least, I wouldn't play very many Pokemon decks that don't use any energy.

What I am familiar with is commenting on the few comments you made. Two-typed Pokemon decks are more consistent than the many-typed Pokemon decks, though both can see success in playing. Plasma Pokemon decks, for example, focus on Water and Electric type Energy, namely Kyurem and Thundurus EX, and also attack with Deoxys EX. The decks use Prism, Rainbow, and Blend Energy to their advantage in order to compensate for those attack types. Some decks play even more colors of energy, particularly Fairy decks with Aromatisse. They move around Rainbow Energy and Prism Energy with Aromatisse's ability to utilize Pokemon such as Terrakion, Zekrom, Reshiram, Virizion EX's ability, Landorus EX, Sigilyph, Xerneas, Yveltal EX and more. The key is having the appropriate energy to attack.

Looking at the Pokemon that you listed, Keldeo EX and Blastoise are the most relevant interactions you have between cards, at least as far as I'm aware. Focusing on those two Pokemon in your deck would surely be a powerful combination. Removing the other Pokemon would help the deck's focus, and perhaps adding a Suicune or two would be useful, too.

Research on these Pokemon cards and decks would probably be to your advantage. You have the internet at your fingertips. Feel free to ask questions here, as well, and someone will be around to respond. Nothing anyone says is law, but hopefully our experience can be of use.
