    in the manga, who do u think is the strongest/weakest gym leader in johto/kanto?

    in order, i think:

    1. blue
    2. pryce
    3. blaine
    4. clair
    5. sabrina
    6. misty
    7. LT surge
    8. morty
    9. falkner
    10. janine
    11. jasmine
    12. chuck
    13. bugsy
    14. erika
    15. brock
    16. the last AND least... whitney


    what do u guys think?
     
    I think Giovanni was the best Gym Leader.Whitney has really weak Pok?mon.
     
    I would put Bugsy and Brock near the bottom. Easily fooled into thinking they had a chance

    Jasmine covered Steelx with many rocks to make it look like an Onix, then her Steelix came out and owned
    Sabrina allowed Bugsy to get the upper hand for a sec, then she crushed him
     
    Green(Blue) is the strongest gym leader and I like him so much! Hmm... I think,Whitney
    is the weakest gymleader...(Sorry to every Whitney fan...) Suicune don't going to
    fight with her...(OK! He don't fight with Jasmine. But,Jasmine is strong and good.)
