    The Tier Challenge​

    Welcome to the Tier Challenge! This is a challenge that can be easy or hard, it all depends on your chosen tier! Here are the rules:

    1. You can only use Pokemon that are in your chosen tier for your chosen game.
    2. No Legendary Pokemon can be used.
    3. Similarly, the Uber tier is banned.
    4. You can use a Pokemon that's NOT in your selected tier ONLY if it evolves into a Pokemon that IS in your selected tier.
    5. You may hack to get ONE Pokemon that's in your tier.
    6. You must have at least one Pokemon that's in your tier when you reach the third gym (Vermilion/Goldenrod/Mauville/Veilstone/Hearthome/Castelia)
    7. The challenge ends when you defeat the Pokemon League (Rd/Gn/Be/Y/Rb/Sp/FR/LG/D/P/Pt/Bk/W). Red (Gd/Sv/C/HG/SS), or Steven (E)
    8. Have Fun!

    Ultimate?: I probably would if I could, but apparently back in the first two generations, nothing was bad enough to be NU. Or there weren't enough choices, one of the two.
     
    -Started the game, chose the female trainer
    -Saved Birch, got mudkip
    -Beat Brendan, got the pokedex
    -Caught Poochyena, did some grinding
    -Watched Wally catch Ralts
    -Beat up an Aqua grunt (My level 9 Poochyena > his level 9 Poochyena)
    -Got through to Rustboro, did some more grinding to get Bite

    -Got the letter and goods to deliver
    -Delivered the letter
    -Skipped the gym to beat up Team Aqua at the Slateport Museum

    TIER CHALLENGE-FIRE RED (Yes I said Yellow but I cba download a new ROM so I've used Gen 1 rules for FR ,hope this is okay cause I'm only using Gen 1 Pokemon)
    Prof Oak to Brock
    -Started with Charmander, called it UdaZard.
    -Defeated GREEN (Rival).
    -Did the story stuff.
    -Caught UpUnch (Mankey) just outside of Virdian.
    -Went up to the point where I was about to face Brock THEN headed back to face GREEN.
    -Defeated GREEN using UdaZard's Ember on Pidgey and UpUnch's Karate Chop on Squirtle.
    -Defeated Brock using UpUnch's Karate Chop on Geodude and Low Kick on Onix. Got Rock Tomb TM and Boulder Badge.

    I started the challenge today and with the help of super speed by the VBA emulator, I have already beaten Misty with just Pidgeotto. I solo'ed the first quarter of the game, beating Brock with Pidgeotto at Level 18 and beating Misty with Pidgeotto at Level 25.
