Brief Summary: Three legendary beasts are not doing what their supposed to. Even the humans sense that. Humans and Pokemon battle it out to stop them-but when they team up, things go terribly wrong, and Pokemon and Humans get a big war. Can anyone stop it? Or will the peacemakers fail, so horribly it will cost them their lives?
    Prologue:
The Nidoking chased after the mysterious thing. It stampeded forward, stomping up an earthquake. Canalave City's famous library was shaking heavily.

Ron ran up to the Nidoking, trying to figure out what it was all about. This wild Nidoking did not belong anywhere near this place.
He looked up and gasped in sheer amazement.
    "Palkia," he whispered.

Far away, in Mt. Moon, a Houndoom ran after another mysterious thing. Its trainer followed far behind, tired after this hour-long.
The Houndoom jerked to a stop when the thing stopped. It let out a huge howl, followed by a nasty smog. When the smog cleared, the trainer gasped.
    "Dialga," he shouted in surprise.
    "Houndoom, use Faint attack!"
The Houndoom ran forward and disappeared for a second, only to reappear and strike Dialga. With a deafening roar, it let out an aura sphere.
"Houndoom!" the trainer shouted as his beloved pokemon was sent flying.

Two Pokemon rushed after each other through the vast sea.
One was yellow and white, with three green strips along it. Its head was star-shaped, the top yellow, and the part that led to the neck white, and its eyes gleaming. It has two yellow things that looked like a cape right behind its arms, and an otherwise normal white body leading down from the neck. The other had a big head, with two horns and gleaming gold earish things, with 6 little yellow spikes on its neck. It had wings coming out behind those, and then 6 legs, each with 2 of the spikes.
"Don't do this, Giratina," the first one whispered. "I was awakened 3 years early to stop you!" The other one, known as Giratina, shrieked out, "I must. I will. It is my destiny. You will NOT stop me!"
Giratina then caught the other by surprise by crying out, "You're coming with me, Jirachi, because you're not granting any wish to stop me!"
And with that said, Giratina hurtled into a small portal to its world with Jirachi trapped between its front two legs.

It was then Mew who called the legendary meeting, stopping the three beasts from doing what they wanted.

    Chapter 1:
    "Houndoom! Please, wake up!"
The Houndoom lay on the ground while Dialga fidgeted, as if it had heard a telepathic message.
"What is a Dialga doing in the Kanto region?" the trainer wondered, turning to face the beast.
    Dialga was gone.
    "Am I hallucinating?"
He answered that question by taking a quick look at Houndoom.
He picked up his Pokephone and used the newest thing on it, the 911.

Ron rushed to Mt. Moon. He was about to be connected with the one person who would know what had happened to him-and the Nidoking. Unfortunately, he found a Farfetch'd on his way that attacked him.
    "Go, Flygon!"
Ron had caught Flygon in the Haruba desert, back when he was a little boy in Almia, before he had become a police officer. He caught a Trapinch with a Great Ball he got from his dad, who lived in Johto. The Trapinch had liked him, so when he threw the ball at it when it had full health, it didn't try to struggle free.
His Trapinch evolved when he was 15. His Vibrava had not evolved until he was 40, because once he became a police officer, he did few battles. It evolved when he had a fated battle against a big fat Wailord. His Flygon was top-notch, and could battle anything victoriously. Or so it seemed.
Authors Note: This is battle format.
    Flygon used Whirlwind!
    Farfetch'd was blown away!
Ron thought he had accomplished his goal when a Fearow charged at him.
"Blame my luck, have I wandered into a nest full of flying-types?"
    Flygon used Dragon Claw!
    Fearow fainted!
Just then, a huge Skarmory appeared.
    Flygon used DragonBreath!
    Skarmory used Steel Wing!
Another trainer appeared and sent out a Ditto.
    Ditto used Transform!
    Ditto transformed into Flygon!
    Flygon used Dragon Claw!
    Ditto used Dragon Claw!
    Skarmory fainted.
The other trainer's voice echoed out.
"Are you Ron, the trainer who saw Palkia?"
"Yes. Are you Frank, the trainer who saw Dialga?"
    "Yep."
    "Pleased to meet you."
"Let's see what we can do about this problem."
The way Frank said "problem" made Ron shudder.
Yes, it was true that the dragons had each killed (they hurt them that bad) a Pokemon. Ron knew that, but hoped nobody would take drastic measures.

"Not a word, I tell you!" Giratina whispered to Jirachi as they arrived at Birth Island.
    Mew was taking attendance.
"Arceus. Articuno. Azelf. Cresselia. Deoxys. Dialga, step up. Entei. Giratina, step up. Groudon. Heatran. Ho-Oh. Jirachi, now that you're awake. Kyogre. Latias. Latios. Lugia." (Lugia made a faint noise as Mew said its name.) "Manaphy. Mesprit. Me. Mewtwo, welcome to your first legendary meeting. BEHAVE YOURSELF. Moltres. Palkia, step up. Phione." (Phione cheered.) "Raikou. Rayquaza-oh, I forgot, Rayquaza's fighting an evil flock of Altarias-Regice, Regigigas, Regirock, Registeel, Rotom, Suicune, Uxie, and Zapdos. Shaymin is away right now."
"We are all gathered here today to suspend these three pokemon. In honor of our guest who won't be here for another thousand years, I welcome, Jirachi! Do the honors. Wish them into Magikarps for a month."
Giratina roared with fury, grabbed Jirachi, and glided into the Distortion world.

    Chapter 2:
Pokemon Fast Fact: Eterna City's name comes from the word, "Eternal."
"Wait up!" Ron cried as Frank ran through Eterna Forest. He called out again,
"Why have we been running for a few hours?"
"If you want to save Nidoking, come on!"
    "It wasn't mine, you know!"
    "Fine then. Leave me."
Ron almost stopped. What dastardly thing is he dreaming of now?
Ron, arguing with himself, continued on. There's no way it's that bad!
But what if it is? Then I run and get help at Eterna.

Some of the wild pokemon had no idea what it was all about. A particular Dustox saw the direction they were going-to the old chateau. It spread word to all the Gastly and Haunter.
The ghost of Frank's Houndoom was being taught trickery by the one Gengar that ruled the Chateau. When Frank and Ron rushed in, it saw the perfect opportunity to demonstrate. Gengar would have poisoned Frank if the ghost of Houndoom had not stopped it.

Oblivious to the situation, Frank and Ron walked through the halls, with Frank calling "Houndoom, Houndoom!". A whole bunch of trick-playing Gastlies rushed over, to be pushed out of the way by a Haunter, the ghost of Houndoom. That Haunter was pushed aside by Gengar.
Gengar licked Ron's open mouth with its poisonous tounge. "Ron!" Frank shouted with a start. "No!" NO!"

Frank hurried out, shaking his fist.
"I'll get these pokemon. Someday. SOMEDAY!" he cried, overwhelmed and hypnotized by one of the strongest forces in the world. That force was anger.

Jirachi started granting a wish from one of those above, but Giratina interrupted.
"If you wished me into a Magikarp, you'd be stuck here forever."
Sadly. Jirachi granted a different wish.
"I wish Dialga and Palkia, all evil pokemon, would get payback for their crimes, for ALL ETERNITY!" was that wish.
    Jirachi had granted Frank's wish.
Above, the legendaries gasped in amazement as half of them disappeared.
"What has been done?" Mew questioned to Mesprit as a series of shouts broke out.
"I'm not sure. Maybe it is Jirachi's doing?"
"If that is it, then we have to wait ONE THOUSAND YEARS to fix this. The world will erupt into war if we don't fix this!" Uxie said as it approached them.
"If we try, I know we can do it!" encouraged the encouraging Azelf.
"And we will. We have to! I did not make these worlds for this to happen!"
    Arceus unhappily chanted.
Uxie decided to go into a meditating state to predict the future. It soon came up with this prophecy:
    Gratitude must help us,
    Death cannot prevail,
But that is the spirit of disaster,
    And not other,
    Than a human,
    Who mistakenly starts a war,
When he has already created peace.
"Nice making sense." Manaphy chanted in.
"War? That must be stopped," Arceus said while frowning.
"I hope I don't have to destroy this world like I did others."

    Chapter 3:
Frank watched in horror as the news got his story all wrong.
"Here from Eterna city! It's Fiona, the expert reporter. A Gengar has just poisoned a 42-year old. We are making checks on his health, but he will probably not make it."
They would not attack the Pokemon. He would have to get them. Get them bad.

Ron woke up in the hospital. There was a Vulpix next to him, and a Blissey.
He tried to speak. He couldn't. What the…
He tried to move. His body had no response.
All of a sudden he felt pain—immense, unending pain.
His own Flygon was staring at him.
His Gardivoir was standing there as well.
It's reading my mind, he realized. Gardivoir. Tell the others goodbye…
Ron faded away and became a ghost.

    Manaphy was speechless.
"Mew! Stop this commotion at once!"
    Articuno cawed.
    "YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE!"
"The legendary meeting is still on. We must stop Giratina from ruining our world. Arceus. Get us in the distortion world."
    "OK."
    Everything swirled around them.
    "GET IN!"

Jirachi fell through endless space. Giratina was being smashed against Dialga and Palkia.
Arceus and Celebi were looking for it. It could not do anything. It was too weak from a Roar of Time, a Spatial Rend, and a Shadow Force. It would fall asleep in 5 days, and be stuck like this for a thousand years. Jirachi realized something.
If I can't stop this in 5 days, terror will break out.

Ron the Gengar talked to Flygon. "We need to work together to stop these crimes of Pokemon. My friend's own Houndoom killed me. I will unite an elite human force and an elite Pokemon force to work together."
Flygon nodded. Recruitment tomorrow, it thought.
What they didn't know was that their decisions would determine the fate of the world.
