    The Uprise Of Cipher (PG-13)

    Plotline That Explains How This All Started​

    Once there was a feared criminal syncidate called Cipher in the Orre Region. Using the dark criminal underworld as a cover they mass produced pokemon turned into fighting machines. These pokemon were called Shadow Pokemon. Snagged by a group known as Team Snagem, Cipher hoped to use these pokemon to conquer the world. But then a rogue member of Team Snagem broke away from the group and met up with a woman who could see dark auras around these pokemon. The man and woman set out to stop the mastermind behind this plot, and after defeating four admins and saving several areas from the group, the two set out for Cipher's base. After many intense battles, the man beat the two leaders, Nascour and Evice. After snagging the remaining shadow pokemon, the group fell into hiding. Orre thought it was safe from the criminal underworld.​

    One of the admins on the original Cipher Project named Ein, set out with a group of new scientists to further the shadow pokemon project. They studied and tested for five years to create a pokemon that would never be purified from typical means. They set out to Johto under their new leader; a childhood friend of Evice named Greevil, along with his two sons, Ardos and Eldes. They got three new Admins to join them; Lovrina, Snattle and Gorgian. In Johto they captured after a very hard battle the legendary Lugia. They also set out to Kanto to capture the three legendary birds. After turning the legendaries into shadow pokemon, the new Cipher had their XD Prototype, Shadow Lugia use an attack to take away a cargo ship filled with pokemon. The new Cipher took these pokemon to a secret lair on the side of Eclo Canyon. With a new army of shadow pokemon and hundreds of Peons they set out to kidnap a Professor to help them with creating pokemon that would remain in their shadow forms. This caught the attention of a young trainer named Michael. After obtaining a snag machine before the professor was kidnapped, Michael set out to rescue the Professor and defeat the first admin, Lovrina. Michael saved several areas from Cipher's impending clutches and defeated the second Admin, Snattle. Michael soon found the deserted cargo ship and briefly had his snag machine stolen from Team Snagem. After Michael beat their leader, Gonzap he got the snag machine back and entered Cipher's secret lair. After fighting many peons he beated the lair's Admin, Gorgian. Michael soon learned the idenity of the leader and set out to the base of operations, Citadark Isle. After being several peons and the admins, along with snagging a ton of shadow pokemon, Michael encountered the new leader, Greevil. He snagged XD001, Shadow Lugia with a Master Ball and snagged all of Greevil's shadow pokemon after a long and stressful battle. Greevil learned the error of his ways and one of his son's, Eldes soon sided with Michael. Greevil's other son refused to accept Michael's victory over Cipher and fled in a helicopter. Michael defeated all the admins again in the Orre Colosseum and thought the Shadow Pokemon Project was done with.​

    ....he couldn't have been anymore wrong.​

    Ein and Ardos fled Orre to Johto where they lay in hiding for a few months. During this time, one of Ein's long time science associates, Derek comes by and enquires about the future of the Shadow Pokemon project. He points out the project was under restriction from the two previous leaders because they didn't know how to properly take out the enemy. So Ardos and Derek had a battle to see who would run Cipher if it were to continue. It was long and Ardos barely lost to Derek. Ardos says he will be off to train and will come back if he hears good things about The Uprise Of Cipher. Derek and Ein under alises train in Hoenn and Sinnoh and conquer both Battle Frontiers. They go into the criminal underworld there to get a feel for what they would need to bring Cipher back to life. They sent messages in the criminal underworld in Johto and Kanto, promising authority and power under a major syncidate which would rule the world under shadow pokemon that could never be purified.​

    Derek and Ein returned to Orre in secret 10 years after Greevil. Before moving operations back into the Cipher Key Lair, they hacked into Michael's computer to steal some of his pokemon as a test. As Derek suspected, Michael and the Orre authorities checked the abandoned Lair to see any presence of Cipher. After they found nothing they left, leaving Derek and Ein to move into the lair to continue their research. Soon they aquired some members from the underworld and some scientists to further their studies. They even mass teleported tons of pokemon from a train wreck north of Olivine City in Johto.​

    Derek took the leadership and Ein became the chief scientist. However Derek never abandoned his love for science and experimentation. He knew that new admins would be hired along with new peons to work under the admins. Shadow Pokemon would be given to the new members. Members would go in groups under orders of an admin to complete certain tasks. Gone were the days of peons up on ceilings waiting for an intruder. Tasks would include taking over a city or area, or entering colosseums to take them over so members could train.​

    Now the Uprising could finally begin. And all the regions would slowly fall into Cipher's hands.​

    In regards to shadow pokemon, let me say that you may not start out with an extremely powerful pokemon. Different pokemon will go to Admins, Yellow Peons and Red Peons. Information on those groups are below.​

    Once every day at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, seven more pokemon will be added to choose from. Here are the current pokemon.​

    Sign-ups will never be closed as Cipher is always looking for new members, and with an almost endless supply of shadow pokemon, Cipher will never run out of fighting machines. First three to sign up become admins. The number of admins will expand as we take over more areas.​


    Any questions regarding this RP can be PM'ed to me.​

    Personality (3 Lines): Vigil is Somewhat cocky, He knows his limitations of power, but knows when he has the uperhand against the enemy, normally quite, Taking to his orders without question, He is loyal to his master, his vision is what his masters is, Failure is not an option to him, his love for battling is one of the strongest you could find around, he cares for his pokemon without question, he prefers not to resort to violence, but he will do what it takes, his past haunts him which strives him to become stronger during each battle

    As an Admin your pokemon are perfectly suited for you at this stage.

    Derek accepted Vigil's application to join Cipher but wished to meet him over a cup of coffee to discuss the future operations. Derek sent a phone call to Vigil, "Vigil this is Derek, I would like to converse with you over a cup of coffee at one of the research desks at the Cipher Key Lair later tonight. I will give you your requested shadow pokemon once you arrive." Derek hung up the phone.

    Yes you can look like the G/S Male character but with some darker colored clothing.

    After Derek called Vigil he got the application from Tyler Smith and he liked what he saw. Different but would be a nice addition to further this enterprise. He phoned Tyler Smith with a message to stop by the Cipher Key Lair later tonight to discuss the future plans over a cup of coffee and meet the other new admin, Vigil.

    Gender: Male

    Personality: Kain is dark and mysterious preferring to keep to himself.He believes that weak pokemon are worthless and that they should be wiped out.He has no sence of humour and will betray you without even blinking or caring.Despite this he is afraid of the dark and that is why he relies on his pokemon when he is alone or in a cave.He has no friends and trusts no one.He also hates dirt and uglyiness so his pokemon are always tidy and neatly groomed.Despite this he isn't afraid to let his pokemon get dirty during fights but he still dosen't battle thatt often.

    He is also very cocky and will do anything that he is asked.

    Apperance Kain has sort black hair that is always neatly parted to the left.His eyes are as black as coal and he wears a black bandana over his mouth.His skin is pale and burns easily.He always wears a crisp white shirt and black jeans, which give him the apperance of a school boy and he wears black shoes.Which always shine.On his finger he wears a black ring,which he recieved from his parents as a present when he was seven.

    Reason for joining: Kains parents were both Cipher admins and his father was arrested was arrested when he was three, his Mother thought him how to battle and hate authorities.At the age of seven was urged by his Mother to start training to be a Cipher Agent and now Fiver years later he is an excellent battler and is ready to join.

    I would prefer for you to be at least 18 but I have no issues with you being 15 or 16. Now I would advise for you to start the RP buy remembering what I said in the phone call.

    You'll probably be a Peon but I have no issues with you waiting till later to post the SU.
     
    Vigil, Tyler Smith and Kain Diablo are the three admins of Cipher currently. All three admins need to meet with me and Ein at the Cipher Key Lair to determine our first plans of attack in the evening. And do so in Roleplay format please before this thread gets locked.
     
    Nathan placed his mobile back into his pocket as he headed towards the Cypher Lair to meet with Ein, Derek and the other Admins.There was no chance of him getting lost as he had been here numerous times with his Mother.As the building came into his sites he scowled as some Pidgey cried out.''Dumb Pidgey!'' He murmured as he wiped dust from his shirt and enterd the lab.So far there was only him, but he didn't mind.He liked being alone.
     
    Kain smirked as an out of breath man entered the building, with a Sneasal by his side.''Who are you!?'' He sneered as he pulled out a seat and sat down on it.''Well are you going to sit down or not?'' HE asked as he ran his hand through his hair and then rubbed dirt from his shirt.

Kain muttered as he pulled out a pokeball and placed it in the palm of his left hand and pressed the button, there was a flash and suddenly Cherrim was floating by his ear. with it's petals folded over it's face because of the darkness .It cautiously floated over to the Sneasel and asked it's name.''I'm Cherrim.OK? So don't go calling me anything else.OK? Or I'll beat you up! OK?' As if to show thatt she was capable of beating him up she launched a leaf at the wall.It creeated a huge slash before disintergrating into a yellow dust and returning to Cherrims body.''Ok?'' Kain smiled proudly.
     
    Derek walked down the hallway where he was told of some commotion which indicted some of the members had arrived. Behind him was an assistant with a tray of four coffee cups. "Welcome to the Cipher Key Lair, I wasn't aware of what you drank so I just brought coffee." Derek sat down on one of the chairs behind a desk. Beside him was a weasel like pokemon with a blue body and a red pointy head and sharp claws which took interest in the Sneasel. Derek motioned for the two to sit down.
     
    Derek looked at the reaction between the Sneasel and Weavile. "It seems pokemon of the same evolution chain tend to show respect and interest in each other. Not necessarily love but interest in the other's stage." Weavile shook the Sneasel's claws. "I take it Sneasel's your favourite and most trusted pokemon? Weavile is my most trusted." Derek asked Tyler as he took a sip of his coffee.
     
    Derek crossed his arms before speaking. "Yes, we need to determine our first plan of attack. We already hacked into the computers of the Pokemon HQ Lab and stole of the pokemon there as a test project. I was planning on attacking the HQ Lab directly with the two of you and Kain." He took another sip of his coffee. "You two are admins so I desire to hear your viewpoint, I believe this will crush a significant threat to our shadow pokemon plan in destroying the Purify Chamber and elimanting the powerful trainer Michael."
     
    "Don't worry about it. We'll hack into the computers and take out the reminder of the pokemon, we need the additional pokemon to turn them into shadow pokemon." Derek took another sip of his coffee. "Killing pokemon is a waste of good potential to use in battle. We just need to elimnate the technology used to purify the shadow pokemon."

    Age: 19
    Gender: Male
    Personality (3 Lines): Beo is a really laid back young man, and most of the time can be found laying in the grass looking up at the sky just thinking. Leadership and courage are his main attributes though. He always tries to be the leader no matter what he is involved in and will try to take charge if the opportunity presents itself. If he is given a job he will do whatever it takes to complete it, pushing through any obstacle with courage and determination. Although he knows he can't do anything on his own and he has the same fatal flaw almost any human has, he cares to much. If things get to risky and it could endanger the life of him and his pokemon or someone else he would quickly stop what he is doing.
    Appearence (2 Lines): Beo stands roughly about 5'7 and that is considered short for his age group. He has blond spiky hair but some of it hangs down over his face. His body type would be considered athletic as he has a somewhat muscular build. Beo has light blue eyes, and across the left eye is a scar that he recieved when he was younger. His usual attire consists of a dark Blue t-shirt over top of a white long sleeve under armor type shirt. He usually is wearing a pair of blue jeans with a few holes in them and has a black headband to keep the hair out of his eyes and stand up.
    Why you want to join: I have been currently running my own RP, and I just felt I needed to join an Rp, this one seemed pretty intresting. Also I enjoyed the Orre region games.
