This is my first RP on Pokecommunity, so let me know if I missed anything out in the head-spinning list of rules, and I'll make changes accordingly.
Plot: A stealth-based RP in which the goal is to find out what happened to a widow's husband. This requires entering an abandoned mine and castle, finding clues, and avoiding danger wherever it occurs.
NOTE: The Widow Maira is an RP that is based on my fanfictions. It takes place in the forest outside the protagonist's town. The RP can have either humans or Pokemon, but absolutely no trainers or rangers. Also, any Pokemon that join must be able to speak English fluently. There is no way I can understand "Pika Pi." There is a limit on how many people can join so first come, first serve. There is magic involved with this RP, so if anyone wants their characters to learn a few spells, feel free to ask.
IMPORTANT: This isn't an RP where Pokemon can show off how impressive they are in combat. This is a stealth-based RP. Also, avoid fire types unless they can conceal themselves in the dark. There are some nasty critters in this RP, including the undead. Almost all of the RP takes place in another world, where there are no Pokemon, so be prepared to adapt to a new environment.
Story:
In the world of Pokemon, there is a town that is rather unique. The Pokemon can talk, thanks to a Trainer and a Charmander, gifted in the English language. A mysterious Ditto lurks outside the town, turning children and teenagers into Pokemon. The Ditto leaves them without Poke-powers, so those affected have to adapt to their new forms. One of the teenagers is a Floatzel named Daniel. Ever since the age of six, Daniel has had many adventures in the past. Some of them scary, some of them fun, and some of them Daniel will never forget.
Ever since the Ditto appeared, strange portals have been opening outside the town. Daniel has been through some of them, taking him to a world where Pokemon were unheard of. Daniel has no idea who is controlling the portals or why, but he does know that when he enters one, there is a mission to be completed, a mystery to be solved. And now it was about to happen again, during ominous weather.
Rules:
1: No legendaries or shinies.
2: If you're a Pokemon, you can't be the same Pokemon as another character, unless you're the opposite gender and it's easy to tell male and female apart (this prevents confusion).
3: No Pokemorphs.
4: No trainers at all. You can use a human character, but no trainers, breeders, or anyone like that.
5: You can do nothing to control any other person's characters without their permission.
6: Keep this RP active. If you have to leave it, PM me.
7: I control the events in the story. Making unintended events, creatures, and objects is not allowed.
8: All standard PC rules (including RP rules) apply.

Appearance: It's hard to explain other than what male Floatzels look like.
Personality: Quite serious. Calm and collected, although he does get annoyed sometimes at foolish behavior. Doesn't really take part in everyday banter. Can be creeped out or even scared if the environment has the right conditions. Blushes a lot under "certain circumstances". He is brave because of his experiences with the portals and their destinations. Prefers to use stealth rather than combat to deal with enemies, although he may like to set a trap or two.
