I'ts a picture of Kanon/Bianca from the fifth Pokémon movie. :D
I made it in Photoshop, But haven't really "polished" it yet.
I'll put out a new version as soon as i'm done whit it. :)

That's a great drawing of Bianca, JAG! She seems like such an underappreciated character. Your drawing is great and the lines and coloring are really clean. It's huge though. It's a good idea to make character drawings actually fit on the screen so you can see it all at once.
