Here is the new team Ive been planning any suggestions or improvments are welcome

    Blaziken Fire, Fight
    Nature: Jolly
    Moveset:
    -Thunderpunch
    -Brick Break
    -Rockslide
    -Fire Punch/Flare Blitz

All-out Physical attacker is your best bet here.

    Manectric Electric
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    Moveset:
    -HP Ice
    -Flamethrower/Roar/Rain Dance
    -Thunderbolt
    -Thunder Wave

Magnectric's Sp. Atk is high, yet his Special movepool is rather limited. Use what you can. Rain Dance only when Thunder is there.

    Flygon Ground/Dragon
    Nature: Hasty
    Moveset:
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Roost
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw
    -Brick Break

This is what you need. The choice between a Fire attack (Anti-Skarmory) and Roost (Recovery) depends entirely on situation.

    Bastiodon Rock/Steel
    Nature: Impish
    Moveset:
    -Stone Edge
    -Toxic
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Defence/Curse

Simple really. Set up Stealth Rock and use Toxic to force them to switch. Curse over Iron Defence if you feel you're going to be attacking a lot.

    Poliwrath water
    Nature: Adamant
    Moveset:
    -Brick Break
    -Hypnosis
    -Bellydrum
    -Waterfall

Why do a Belly Drum set with no physical moves? Also Poliwrath pulls it off a lot better that Politoed.

    Drapion poison/dark
    Nature: Adamant
    Moveset
    -Earthquake
    -Night Slash
    -Swords Dance
    -Cross Poison

I question the usefulness of a Sleeptalker set. This is much more effective.

This brings out the usefulness of your pokemon a bit better. Although I suggest you get some more special force on this team. And some support couldn't hurt either.
