This is what happens when you scan a not-very-good Lugia sketch, color it on paint, and then fuzz it on Microsoft Photo Editor. XP

*Jaw drops*Oh...my...gosh...It's so awsome! I love the way it looks! The shading is really awsome, along with the colors!

That's awesome! I really love the colors and the shading. The pose is very good and this is overall an awesome picture!

The only problem I could find is that Lugia is too slim and needs to fatten up a little at the belly. XD

This is great, Chibi Pika! :D I absolutely love the pose ^_^ Very original! And you've got the face just right! You are very talented ^^ I agree with Red Lugia in that he could be a bit fatter at the belly but to be honest it looks fine as it is!

    Great work!

That Lugia drawing is really awesome since I like Light and Dark Lugias they totally rock! I would like to see a drawing of Shadow Lugia XD001

    Love it! Very nicely done.

Great job! I can't believe it was a pencil sketch :)

May I aquire more information on this program named "Microsoft Photo Editor"?

Thanks, everyone. Yeah, I know that it's kinda skinny, someone mentioned it when I first posted it in a very old sprite thread, but I kinda tend to stylize Lugia that way.

Er, it's sort of a crappy default program. XP On some computers, if you just click on a file without having any programs open, it'll just open it on a default, and for my computer, that's Microsoft Photo Editor. All it can do is brightness/contrast, smudge, sharpen, crop, and some other basic stuff. In this case, all I did was rub the smudge tool over the shading lines.
