Ok, so the thread requirements are mostly reasonable. But one part concerns me: The story requirements.
Not all games have stories. Ever heard of Tetris or Bejeweled? Am I not allowed to post a game simply because it doesn't have a story that can fill three paragraphs, let alone have any story at all?
I understand the requirement is probably in place as a barrier to help try and keep some sort of quality level, given that most of the games posted here are Pokemon fangames which are expected to have a story which can at least be stretched to three paragraphs. Anyone can fire up RPG Maker, whip up some screenshots and post about their super-awesome Pokemon ThunderYellow version they've been working hard on for the past hour.
But I think the requirement is unfair to individuals wanting to create a game without a story. And also I think the requirement is not very effective at ensuring only quality games get posted here, no offense to anyone working on one of the many Pokemon fangames in development.
