    Does anyone know where I can find the offsets of animations like the waves and the flower?
     
    Either in NSE 2.0 go to Navigate BPRE -> Sprites -> Landscape, there is the flower and grass animation,
    or there is a tool called Tiletset Animation Editor which should have all of the animations
