[Other] Title Screen Errors

So i've been using BlackCharizard's tutorial on how to insert a 256 color title screen onto Fire Red. I'm using a blank Fire Red ROM to make this much easier because I couldn't find it on my patched and edited one. Everytime I attempt to inset it though, I end up with an error.
My title Screen should look like this:

But for some reason in game always looks like this:

Can someone explain to me what im doing wrong, or even just insert the Title Screen for me?
