Title tag text not underlined anymore?

Maybe it's just my browser of late (possibly since going from Opera 9 to 10), but if there was a conscious decision made to remove the dotted underlining of text within [​title]-[​/title] tags, I'd like to see it reversed, since it defeats any notion that anyone would ever see it.

If it is still underlined to y'all, I suppose this becomes more of a technical question about how I can change the browser setting(s) relevant to me.

It was somewhat "announced" in this post. Personally, I think the other title tag system of ??? and title worked better, but hey it's Jake's choice, so yeah. XD

Most of this would have been due to the scavenger hunts, too, though.
