I dont mean to sound harsh, but why do you mods close threads for being 'spam' when some of them are quite interesting and not finished to me?I mean this is a 'General Pokemon' section.Isnt it ment for random pokemon discussions? There have been quite a few times when i wanted to reply to a thread and found it 'closed'(when its few days old).Removing threads not about pokemon, links to warez, adult content, stupid content is right, but closing threads like 'What do you think of pokemon'(just an example) doesnt look important to me.Doesnt anyone agree?I dont see why not closing them will cause any problems.Like i said, this is 'General Pokemon' section.
Take it easy, mods.Youre not getting paid for this, lol.

Well, most of the threads that get closed here are either duplicates, revivals, or question; each of those should be self-explanatory. As for the spam, those get closed because... well, there isn't really anything to talk about in them o.o With threads like those, people tend to start making posts just to raise their post count, at least from past experiences with those threads. I'm not saying you would, or that most members do, I'm just saying that it does happen. And with that one thread you mentioned, about if you love Pokémon, that was closed because it is pretty obvious that you like Pokémon if you're posting in a Pokémon forum.

I hope that cleared some things up for you. :] Reading the Pokémon General rules should give you a more in depth understanding of what spam is, and why it gets closed. If you still have questions after that, you're more then welcome to PM me about it :3
