Today's (Sun, 11/11/2007) site glitches..

    The glitches and db errors some of you received today were caused by a number of things, including a couple of crashed db tables, some tmp files (used by mySQL) that didn't clear correctly among other things..

    We are still working on this issue and expect to have everything back to normal in a few hours or so. Please bare with us as we work through these problems and hope you stay on the boards surfing/reading/etc. while we work on them.
     
    I've experienced this a bit in the past few hours, but I'm glad it is getting better.

    it appears we have fixed it.. yay!

    post any further noticed errors here just in case we missed something.
     
    Oh, It wasn't too bad, until like it was 6:00 or somthing. The main problem was that my posts took 15 minutes, and when I wanted to look at one of my new PM's it wouldn't work. But since it is now fixed, all is good~
     
    I'm sure glad you got this fixed so fast. The last thing this site needs is the return of the DBEs. *shudder*

    Yeah, I logged on a few hours ago and it said leik, seven people were on.
     
    i had real problems with this, next time if you know this is going to happen, can you warn us?
     
    Well, I didn't receive any db errors, since the page wouldn't load at all! But I'm glad it has been fixed :)
