Togepi Promo card misprint on Back

    Hey everyone. I have a Togepi black star promo card on the back it has a misprint. It's a double print of the pokemon words with the pokeball one is the correct print then over it is an upside down print. Can't find any around. Should I send this to be graded and recorded? It's only a Togepi promo so I know they are common. Thanks for any input
