Toggling Following Pokémon with an item

    I want to create an item which toggles the following pokemon script so I created following script section:

    ItemHandlers::UseFromBag.add(:NAME,proc{|item|
    $game_switches[130]=!$game_switches[130]
    next 2
    })

    the switch 130 is reserved for the script, but when I click on use it says "Cant use that here".
    What do I have to change?
