4th Gen Tool to 'fix' Rotom's type?

    I'm playing Platinum for the first time and was VERY disappointed to see that my Heat Rotom is still Electric/Ghost. Apparently, Rotom doesn't change his type until later in the series. I was hoping the Universal Randomizer would have an option to change this but unfortunately, it doesn't. I was hoping I could do this without having to hack the game... any simple tools I could use?
