    Yes, it is true. I have about 20 torchics currently due to a current breeding job I am on. So if anyone wants one go ahead and offer something for them.

    Hehe. I don't have any shinies. And the reason I have so many is cause someone wanted an adament Torchic, but IT DOESN'T HATCH! It's getting me frustrated.
