Mew can learn so many good moves. Don't waste your time setting up Rain Dance, especially if it's only for one move. You're better off using other elemental attacks. Also, don't forget about Mew's amazing ability to learn Softboiled.

As a rule, Grass types should not use Sunny Day+Solarbeam unless they have the trait Chlorophyll. Otherwise, with no way to boost your speed, you'll actually be helping the opponent if they have a Fire attack at hand. Anyways, Celebi has much better moves it can learn. Leech Seed not only helps out against opponents Celebi can't handle, but lets you restore health to other team members as well. Recover is there to stay alive in case Leech Seed isn't enough and fulfills Celebi's role as a cleric.

Refresh isn't needed because you can use Substitute to block not only status effects, but most other non-damaging moves as well. Sandstorm is quite pointless too, considering opponents will use Ground types against Jirachi and sandstorm doesn't affect them. Doom Desire is hardly worth it as it rarely does much damage to opponents with high defense.
Choose either Wish if you want yet another healing move on this team, or Calm Mind to boost your special stats.

By the time you used Lock-On and Zap Cannon, you could have hit the opponent with 2 Thunderbolts. 2 Thunderbolts are certainly much stronger than one Zap Cannon. Thunder Wave can be quite handy since your team is overall pretty slow. And Rest for staying alive, plus Celebi can wake it up with Heal Bell.

Superpower on an all attacking Pokemon is a bad idea, considering that Regirock's most important stats are Attack and Defense. Just go with the standard cursing set. Thunder Wave is there again if you need more paralysis support, otherwise just go out with a bang.

Registeel is pretty pointless since Regirock does all the physical attacking even better. Oh well, I guess it can sit around and stall the opponent with Toxic. Counter is nice for a surprise move, but Registeel needs to stay alive so Rest is recommended.

I don't need two thunder moves on my Regice. I tried thoose moves and there were horrible! Regirock needs Acientpower because its Thunder Bolt is not Better than Zap Cannon, Regice has a lot of time to use Lock-on Status raises making Rock Slide usless, since Regirock's ATTACK is over 250+
Why do you put Rest, Leech Seed, Toxic and Thunder Wave on every pokemon! I hate those moves, they never work for me!

Thunder wave is mainly for paralyzing and it doesnt do damage so u can have this along with thunderbolt on the same poke, and if they pull out a grounder use ice beam...

Teebolt is better than zap cannon as lock on only works on one turn, you can do 4 teebolts in the time u do 2 zap cannons

In the long run or in Netbattle (or competitive battles with other players) it is these moves (toxic, rest, twave) that help u win, Regice does not have alot of time to lock on as it will be killed by physical attacks

Zap Cannon's accuracy is only 50 while Tbolts is 100. A huge difference, and one that works in Tbolt's favor.

Sorry Tory, but you are not making any sense at all. You say you don't want "two" Electic attacks on your Regice, but then you put on a useless move like Lock-On. Its only purpose is to make Zap Cannon hit. As aragorn pointed out so very well, by the time you do Lock-On and then Zap Cannon, you could have used TWO Thunderbolts. That is 180 Attack power with TWO Thunderbolts compared to 100 Attack power from ONE Zap Cannon. Plus, if you needed to use it again, you would have to do Lock-On first. Once again, 2 more Thunderbolts instead give you 360 power compared to a measily 200, which you almost achieved with only TWO Thunderbolts! So with Thunderbolt being better than your two moves, that leaves one move available to use. Even though Thunder Wave is Electrical by nature, it is VERY advantageous since it makes your opponent attack last AND they have a 50% chance of not hitting. Why wouldn't you want that on your team????

Also, Rock Slide is better than Ancientpower no matter what Regirock's ATK is. Even though Anceintpower can up all of your stats, it only works 10% of the time. Now consider the fact that Rock Slide also can cause the opponent's Poke to flinch 30% of the time. 30% is what, THREE times better than 10%? Now you can see how valuable Thunder Wave is. With your opponent attacking last, not only does it have a 50% chance of not being able to attack, but it also now has a 30% chance of flinching if you use Rock Slide.

Rest, Leech Seed, and Toxic are also terrific moves to have on your team. Leech Seed on Celebi is a definite MUST. Don't forget that when you seed an opponent, if you switch out, the new Poke you use gets the benefit from Leech Seed as well. That is constant HP restoration at the expense of your opponent's Poke. Rest should be a no-brainer. Being able to go to sleep and heal ALL of your Poke's HP and cure ANY status ailment really is huge. Sure it is asleep for two turns, but if your Poke has good defenses it doesn't matter. Plus, you can always switch in Celebi and use Heal Bell to cure it. That is what makes Celebi so awesome. Toxic is another painintheass. It saps HP from the infected Poke and the amount that it takes increases after every single turn (unless the infected Poke cures it through Rest/Heal Bell/etc). I believe the reason you don't like these moves is because you don't know how to use them. Give them a try and you will see how important they really are.
