Cacturne - Meh, Cacturne's defences suck

    Cacturne@Leftovers/Quick Claw
    Nature: Timid
    EV: 252 Spd, 129 Def/Sp Def, 129 HP
    Teeter Dance/Leech Seed
    Sandstorm/Leech Seed
    Toxic/Attract/Spikes
    Giga Drain

Make use of Sand Veil, or just Seed.

Tyranitar: Wow, T-tar without Dragon Dance?

    Tyranitar@Lum Berry
    Nature: Jolly
    EV - 252 Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Aerial Ace/Taunt
    HP Rock

Ok, it's the standard, but T-tar cant' get much better. T-tar as a staller is a bad move (and with Ice Beam? Ok for the freeze hax but he really doesn't have the Sp Att). A good example of an outright attack being a defence.

Dusclops: His only means of attack is Will-O-Wisp? Here's a better choice...

    Dusclops@Leftovers
    Nature: + Def/Sp Def, - Sp Att
EV: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
    Mean Look
    Will-O-Wisp
    Confuse Ray
    Night Shade/Seismic Toss

I personally use this myself and it does me proud. Just decide if you want to hurt Ghost or Normal types (Normal is safer). Trap the evil Blissey and Struggle it!

Skarmory: Pretty standard, although I'd rather dump those EVs into HP and Defence. Sp Def isn't too much of a worry since you have the evil egg.

Blissey: Not even going to bother...

Weezing: My personal favourite for Weezing goes like this...

    Weezing@Leftovers
    Nature: +Def, - Sp Att
    EV: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Att
    Haze
    Pain Split
    Sludge Bomb
    Will-O-Wisp

Smog may poison more, but Toxic poisons even more than that. And Toxic has the increasing poison effect, which beats out the wimpy power of Smog. Sludgebomb also has a 30% chance to poison anyhow, which isn't that bad.
