Woah... Kind of messy. Are you saving them as PNG? And try to be meticulous with the cursor. Work one pixel at a time. Check out my Work!

k, just letting you guys know that this thread is for the discussion of TotoRitaQuil's sprites, so you shouldn't be directing her over to see your own sprites. I understand that you're just trying to help, but it'd be in her best interests to actually show her the good points in your sprites (or any other examples), that she could improve upon.

just try and save as png and smoothen edges
 
It looks like he is saving in PNG, but the outlines are still kind of blurry. Maybe he went over the amount of colors.
 
Sorry about that Amachi. But yah, make sure that you scratch in edges carefully if you are going to cut parts off (Such as the Prinplup/garchomp. The fin things are just kind of cut off.).
