    I am making a new region using Pokemon Emerald but the map is all retarded looking
    just like the Hoenn region. Anyone know where I can get a program that will help me
    change it or at least the name of it?

    Okay, I figured out that AdvanceMap has one, but I don't know how to use it. Help?

    Agreed. Just look at the top of the board, right next the Game Development. It says this:

    "Game Development Discuss your games here, get help, and chat about the programs you use! (RM2K, Sphere, Game Maker, RM2K3, etc)
    This forum is not for ROM-Hacks or things related to them!"

    It also says the same thing as the board description before you ever get in here.
