    So I think it didn't evolve because I need the kantoan form. My bad. Glad your feebas evolved though!
     
    You can't evolve a slowpoke into a slowking, you need to involve in a slowbro first. But there is no slowbro/king in the game I just realized. You need to wait for the expansion pass..
