    Would it happen to be a Japanese named Pikachu with Fly by any chance? Because I do have a Japanese event Pikachu that I have and if that might be the one you are looking for I can actually go check it's moves, OT and whatever other info you need to confirm whether it is the one you want

    No, he means a Pikachu that was distributed recently. Ushida Astuto is a soccer player and Pikachu is a amscot for the Japanese soccer tema in the FIFA World cup.
