Trade then trade back?

I dont know the proper name for it if there is one but I just want to know if your Pokemon get boosted EXP from being traded(In HG/SS).
If so can someone trade with me then trade back my Marreep and Eevee because there a pain to train

it is not like this
if i trade you a pokemon of mine then it gets more exp cause ot is me
but if you trade a pokemon from you to me and again i trade yours back to you this does not change anything
