4th Gen Trading and Connection Problems

I need some help with my connection problems. I've checked the web sites that nintendo sends me to, and my connection always shows 3 bars at the top... so I don't quite know what I'm doing wrong anymore.

I've currently been having communication errors with people during trades. I haven't been able to complete many at all, and it is getting increasingly frustrating. If anyone has had this problem, could you tell me how you fixed it. I'll try anything at this point.

Its probaly because the people you are trading with attempt to clone their pokemon without telling you.

Or they are in a far region from you.

I have the same problem. I can use gts fine but when I try to trade with someone in my pal pad it just doesnt work, gives me communication errors as well. But I really dont think they're trying to clone their pokemon so I dont know what it is
