4th Gen Trading from Diamond/Pearl to FireRed/LeafGreen

    pokemon-games.com says that after meeting certain requirements in Diamond/Pearl you earn the ability to import your pokemon from FireRed/LeafGreen. Does anyone know what these requirements are and how long it takes to reach them? Also, do you need to meet certain requirements in FireRed/LeafGreen before trading to Diamond/Pearl? Thanks in advance for your help!
     
    I'm not sure this will last long, but I'll try and answer your question before Shiny Umbreon closes it.

    In FR/LG, you must have more than six pokemon, and no pokemon to be imported knowing an HM.

    In D/P, you must have beaten the pokemon league and obtained the national dex. You must also have reached the Pal Park building on the route south of Sandgem.

    I think that's it.
