Trading Incentives

Everyone will know the horror of wanting a certain Pokemon only to find out that a Level 100 Mew is wanted for it on the GTS. It's hard to get past this but I think if people had incentives to trade, other than to gain a Pokemon at the end, it could help. If, for example, you made 250 successful trades you could be given a certain Pokemon in game.

Not only would it lessen the the amount of really unfair trades but it would also allow others to get the Pokemon they want. Let's say I wanted a Level 20 Vulpix and was offering a Level 25 Pikachu for it. The trader may not want the Pikachu but happens to have a spare Vulpix to give away and will proceed with the trade just to increase his count.

What does everyone think? Would it work/is it a good idea?

Hopefully, it wouldn't result in everyone trading Bidoofs for Bidoofs...

i know for a fact people do that for hackers to give them stuff. Tempted, i downloaded a completed shiny .sav file, and lo and behold, found it within my power to grant everyone's wish.

yea, kind of annoying for everyone actually looking for a trade, and its kind of disgusting how many people are begging for hacker help...

i agree, ppl who play pokemon are all the same, they want pokemon that other ppl don't have, such a shinies, shinies dont affect your pokemon moves or stats so why waste the time looking for them.
Its because ppl want have pokemon that others don't have, because pokemon is a game designed around competition there will always be ppl willing to hack to get what they want, and in turn ppl looking for easy ways to get pokemon
Its just the way it is
