Trading on Gale of darkness

    I don't get it,

    I have a ruby gameboy advance game, and I hooked it to my gamecube. Turned it on, so on and so forth. It won't work. What is this PAK? Is it something extra? Something I need? Or is it just code for something.
     
    Did you just turn it on? Or did you activate the GBA's Link Download mode by holding down Start + Select on bootup?

    If you did the second, it won't work.
     
    In order to link to XD, first of all you have to have completed both your GBA game by beating the Elite Four, and XD by beating Greevil. Then, you go to the basement of the Phenac Pokemon Centre, and talk to the lady there. She will ask if you want to trade, and then you save before trading. It will give instructions on how to trade from there. Note that in your GBA game, you need to have saved at a Pokemon Centre, and then turn your game off before connecting.
     
    Yup, beat the game on the gamecube and beat the game on the GBA. then you can trade. i had the same expirience.
