4th Gen trading pokemon via wifi

    ;) yea so you know how you have to have seen the pokemon to trade it online to get it.. what if you see the pokemon online battle then can you trade/get the pokemon???

    Initially yes, the creature should count as being seen. I can't guarantee however, since I don't have the game yet myself.
     
    Do you have to have the internet for Wi-Fi?

    If so I won't do it cause it will probably wrek my computer.

    You don't trade over you're computer. :laugh:

    You trade with the DS via Wi-Fi. Everything happens on the DS over Wi-Fi. You don't have to use your computer for anything.
     
    I have heard that d/p will follow the previous game in which pokemon you see when linked up won't count towards your dex.

    For palkia you can visit that one lady (not sure where, check on serebii) and she will show you a picture. And for Arceus you can find some on on here who is willing to trade via friend code, since you don't need to see them to trade for them that way.

    So did I for a while, then they can up with the request system here and I was happy once more.
     
    ok good. so, if I was a homeless dude with only a DS and a Pkmn Diamond Game (Which I'm most definantly not) or am I?... I could do things through Wi-Fi?
     
    You need either a wireless router or a nintendo wi-fi adapter
