3rd Gen Trading query.

Hello I am new to this forum. I recently got back into Pokemon. I got my gf's son addicted to it, now he my father and myself play together. It's kinda funny to watch to be honest. But anyways,

My question is this, I have many eggs from G/S/C, and R/S, How could I get those eggs into Diamond and Pearl?

Sadly, my Crystal and Silve rlost their data, so I lost my female charizard, Bulbasaur, Feraligator, and Typhlosion. ; ; Oh well, easy nuff to make new ones.

But yes, my kid would like some of my uber pokemon, once he gets Diamond and Pearl. Also I have some pokemon and eggs on Pokemon Stadium 2 saved. How would I transfer them as well?

you have to hatch the eggs from RSE and migrate them to D/P. As for GSC dont bother, there not capatible with D/P

You can use the Pal Park to transfer over all your Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Colosseum/XD Pokemon to Diamond/Pearl, but Gold/Silver/Crystal/Stadium 1+2 are incompatible with the Gameboy Advance games and so are also incompatible with the DS games.

So basically..

So basically, what I am seeing is I am going to if I want my old ones. Beat either Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, trade pokemon from gold/silver/crystal. Then trade those to RSE, and then to DP. And for Stadium, do the same, but add in trade from Stadium into GSC, then so on.

You can't trade ANY Pokemon from Gold/Silver/Crystal/Stadium to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald so you can't trade them to Diamond/Pearl. So basically, you can migrate Pokemon to Diamond/Pearl after you get the National Dex in each game, but they can't be traded back. You should just take the Gameboy Color games and Stadium out of the equation, because you can't trade them to ANY game besides Red/Blue/Yellow.
